We’re Steve and Kallie Parco, the husband-and-wife team behind Team Parco, helping homebuyers throughout the Greater Seattle area navigate the journey from financing to finding the right home.

Kallie is the mortgage guru of the team, with more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. As a licensed mortgage professional, she brings years of knowledge and experience helping buyers understand their financing options and navigate the lending process.

Steve is both a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and real estate agent, giving Team Parco a unique perspective on both sides of a home purchase—from understanding the financing to finding and purchasing the right property.
