Designed for a typical hillside lot, this home takes advantage of the ParcoHomes structural system to create wide expanses of glazing for capturing views. A sliding wooden shading systems provides passive cooling for west facing views.  

Given that the exterior wall panels arrive on site completely finished and can be installed from the inside, our system is uniquely suited to lots with difficult access. Unlike traditional construction, our system requires no external scaffolding.  Given that the majority of the construction takes place off site in the factory, only a minimal staging area is required.
